At Sweet Rain, we can design products, samples or even come up with ideas which can help our customers in developing a program that is right to communicate your message and meet your objective. We make sure that your investment gains the exposure you want.

Your options are not limited to the products shown on our website. We also work with you on what you need to achieve your marketing goals.

We have an in-house designing team who will design different range options from which you can choose what suit you best.

Requirements

However, we will need very detailed information for effective and accurate consultancy. Please download checklist. However, the information is not limited to what is on the checklist. Any additional details are welcome.

Pricing

We charge on hourly rate at $85 per hour plus GST.

We use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for all designing. Artwork can be presented in PDF format or hard copies :

• A4 $15.00 per page full colour + GST
• A3 $18.00 per page full colour + GST

Within one request we produce 2 range options from which you can choose from. However, any Artwork/Logo redraw is charged at an hourly rate.

We can also quote per project if you would want a complete sample to be made up as well. This method may be preferable if customer want to see physical sample with decoration for visual purposes.

All charges are redeemable only if an order is secured based on terms and conditions of order.

Lead times

The turn around time for an average project is between 2-3 weeks. However, we should allocate more time if sample are needed. An estimate is always provided upon quotation.

Copyright

Sweet Rain shall be the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights in all products , samples, drawings, artwork, ideas made, written, designed or created by Sweet Rain or its employees, agents, contactors or suppliers in the course of providing the service to its customers.

However if the project does not fall through, the ownership of any copyright shall be given to Sweet Rain and that any products, sample, drawings, artwork, ideas, made, written, designed or created by Sweet Rain or its employees, agents, contractors or suppliers shall not be passed on to a Third Party for manufacture or used in any manner whatsoever without prior approval from Sweet Rain.

We do care for our customers and guarantee that we will never use the information supplied or concepts that arise from the project, in a manner which many compete with their competitors.
