Sweet Rain Trading terms
- Any goods purchased from Sweet Rain will remain the property of Sweet Rain until payment is received in full.
- Payment method to be discussed with management.
- Sweet Rain must receive an official signed order from authorised personnel on a company letterhead before any orders can be processed.
Return Policy
Custom Made orders cannot be returned for any reason. Claim will have to be investigated first.
Payment
Direct Deposit:
Please phone us to arrange for a direct deposit into our Bank Account.
Cheques
Cheques to be made payable to Sweet Rain. All "Prepaid" orders where a cheque has been received will not be dispatched until clearance has been obtained.
Dishonoured cheque will incur an administration charges.
